At Bevri we cook dishes that were created in the beautiful country of Georgia. You may find some other dishes in our menu, because they are gorgeous too.

Also, we have Georgian wine. The tradition goes back to 8,000 years ago with more than 500 indigenous grapes. We have just a few of them. It's only a start.

Eristavi Wine Tasting at Bevri

Join us for a unique evening of Georgian food and Eristavi wines at Bevri. On March 6th, Master Vintner Victor Eristavi will showcase his award-winning varietals at Bevri during dinner services. Flights will include handcrafted 2015 Syrah, 2015 Zinfandel and 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon perfectly paired with our Georgian tasting menu. 2016 Sauvignon Blanc and 2017 Barbera Rosé will also be presented during the event.  

The Eristavi family traces back hundreds of years to the mountainous Republic of Georgia, nestled on the Black Sea. It was here that viniculture begun as early as 6,000 B.C., and is considered by many experts the cradle of wine making. Master Vintner Victor Eristavi passionately instills a unique combination of old-world winemaking techniques and modern technology to create his handcrafted wines while capturing the essence of distinct California grape varietals.
