Bevri. Georgian Cuisine

Georgian Cuisine

At Bevri we cook dishes that were created in the beautiful country of Georgia. You may find some other dishes in our menu, because they are gorgeous too.

Also, we have Georgian wine. The tradition goes back to 8,000 years ago with more than 500 indigenous grapes. We have just a few of them. It's only a start.

Khinkali Eating Contest at Bevri

Khinkali (Georgian: ხინკალი) is a Georgian dumpling, which originated in the Georgian mountain regions. Varieties of khinkali spread from there across different parts of the region. The fillings of khinkali vary with the area and preferences of the cook.

At Bevri we enjoy cooking khinkali a lot. Our guests enjoy eating them just as much. Many of khinkalis are eaten every day. And we decided to see who can eat most of them. Join us for the first ever Khinkali Eating Contest at Bevri. Don’t be late. We’ll start at 3 pm.

If you don’t feel like participating in a contest, it’s okay, make a regular reservation by phone or on our website and enjoy khinkali and any other delicious Georgian dishes.
